Job Title: Part time Office Manager
Hours: 10 – 15 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Kingskerswell – free onsite parking available and on a bus route.
Salary: TBC
What we need:
We need a cheerful, flexible office manager who is the centre of our business – someone who can co-ordinate between our clients, our staff, and our suppliers/contractors. Someone who can support the Director and the Business Development Manager to allow them to get out of the office and focus on their roles in moving the business forward.
What you want:
You want an interesting part time Office Manager role in a vibrant and upbeat local business. You are happy with a varied set of tasks and proactive enough to recognize and work towards the priorities for the business.
What you already have:
Experience in a variety of administration roles across a range of businesses – we want you to bring your experience and creativity to the role.
Given that experience, you are familiar with the usual office systems such as Office365, CRMs and Xero or similar, you will have been involved in small business HR and processes, and importantly, you will be responsive in speaking and emailing with current and new customers. Like most businesses, customer relationships are the key to the ongoing success of the company!
In short, you don’t need us to tell you all the things that go into running an efficient and effective office that provides support to keep a team out on the road and helping the customers.
What you would be happy to develop:
As a busy service-based business, we are investing in AI integrated systems to make sure we are as responsive and streamlined as possible for our customers. And whilst you may not be familiar with them yet, you must be willing to learn about them and help with their integration and use.
